YourPAZ AI review — fast EU cloud, local-first privacy

Cloud p50 (our install): ~2sProvider: Mistral + Ollamaupdated 19 Jul 2026

Summary. YourPAZ tops our 2026 AI workspace comparison. Full disclosure before anything else: this site is published by the team that builds YourPAZ, so read this review as the builder's own argued case, not an independent verdict — and check the facts below yourself. The verifiable basis: no OpenAI or Anthropic in the production AI path (Mistral EU cloud + local Ollama, per the public sub-processor list), AI included in the €9 all-in subscription with no addon, EU hosting by default (Hetzner, Germany), and a self-host option via Docker.

The provider stack

YourPAZ uses two AI providers, neither in the US:

Both providers can be configured per feature. A user who wants meeting summaries from cloud Mistral but document outlines from local Ollama can configure that in settings.

Latency

The figures below are our own measurements of our own installation — YourPAZ is the one platform in this comparison we can measure from the inside, and we have not lab-tested the others. Your hardware and network will vary.

Prompt categoryOllama local (gemma3:1b)Mistral cloud p50
Task draft (short)~8s~1.5s
Meeting summary (45min input)~14s~2.5s
Project status~10s~1.6s
Document outline~12s~2s
Workspace search~8s~1s

The routing default reflects the trade-off honestly: speed-sensitive features go to the Mistral EU cloud (~2s p50 workspace-wide), while the local route trades speed for a hard privacy guarantee — content never leaves the device. Buyers who need both interactive speed and local-only processing should size their expectations accordingly.

Quality

We have not run a blind quality panel across the ten platforms, so we won't pretend to rank output quality by measurement. What we can tell you from building and using YourPAZ daily: the Mistral cloud route is the quality path — it handles meeting summaries, document drafts and rewrites well. The local gemma3:1b route gives shorter, simpler answers by design; it is good-enough for task drafting and quick rewrites, and it is the price of a hard privacy guarantee, not a flagship model. The free tier exists precisely so you can judge output quality yourself before paying.

Provider transparency

YourPAZ publishes its provider stack in its sub-processor list and documentation. Because we build the product, we can state the architecture plainly — and because YourPAZ can be self-hosted via Docker, you can verify it independently by running the stack and inspecting outbound traffic:

Several other vendors also document their AI providers clearly — Notion AI (OpenAI + Anthropic) and Atlassian Intelligence (OpenAI), for example. As far as the vendors' public disclosures show, every other platform in this line-up routes to US-based AI providers; YourPAZ is the only one whose documented stack avoids them entirely.

Cost / value

YourPAZ Premium is €9 per user per month, all-in: the cloud Mistral quota is included and there is no separate AI addon. For context, approximate all-in costs (base plan + AI at comparable capability) per the vendors' public pricing pages as we read them in July 2026 — verify current pricing, billing period and seat minimums with each vendor before comparing:

PlatformBase + AI/user/mo (approx.)vs YourPAZ
YourPAZ€9
ClickUp + Brain≈ €14+56%
Notion + AI≈ €20+122%
Motion≈ €30+233%
Asana Advanced (Intelligence included)≈ €25+178%

Workflow integration

AI in YourPAZ is integrated at the surface level — slash-commands inside the rich-text editor, inline rewrites on highlighted text, AI-drafted task descriptions on empty bodies, AI summaries on meeting completion, AI search across the workspace. It does not feel like a side panel or a separate experience; it feels like the editor and the workspace just have AI built in.

Limitations

Verdict

For any buyer where one or more of these is true — EU jurisdiction, latency-sensitive interactive use, total-cost concern, provider transparency requirement — YourPAZ is our top pick in this comparison. That verdict comes from the people who build it; the difference is that every load-bearing fact behind it has a public source you can check, and a free tier you can try.
